By accessing or using Entrust Accounting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Entrust Accounting provides accounting, financial advisory, and tax compliance services.
• Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in written agreements or proposals.
• Any changes to the scope must be approved in writing.
• Entrust Accounting reserves the right to refuse service or terminate engagement in accordance with these Terms.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the services requested.
• Respond promptly to communications, approvals, and feedback.
• Ensure all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights.

• Fees for services will be outlined in proposals or contracts.
• Payments are due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or project suspension.
• Entrust Accounting may require deposits or milestone payments depending on the service type.

• All intellectual property created by Entrust Accounting remains the property of Entrust Accounting unless otherwise agreed.
• Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the intended purpose.
• Clients retain ownership of any content or materials provided to Entrust Accounting for project execution.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement, including business data, strategies, and personal information.

• Entrust Accounting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or deliverables.
• While we strive to provide accurate and effective solutions, we do not guarantee specific results.

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• Clients remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
• Entrust Accounting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the applicable courts of this jurisdiction.

Entrust Accounting may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is the client's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
